Travelling to Granada by Bus

Buses details

The main bus company operating in the south area of Spain is ALSA.

The buses are very comfortable, including TV, air conditioning, Music, WC and some of them Wi-Fi. There are different categories of buses arriving to Granada, even having supra class buses (coming from Madrid) with more comfort features (wider seats, Wi-Fi, and service on board among others).

The prices are quite cheap, as an example it cost 30 € going and back between Madrid and Granada in a regular bus, and between 50 and 65 € in the supra class.

As an estimation of times it takes:
      Madrid-Granada: 5 hours
      Malaga-Granada: 1.5 hours
      Sevilla-Granada: 2.5 hours

The station in Granada

The bus station is located a bit far (10 minutes by urban bus) from the city centre (Ctra. Jaén, s/n, 18014), but quite near to the Campus Aynadamar.
